But I think you will save money, if you plan through the travel clubs portals. Plus if you say this is your side hustle / Home Based Business. You can most many things a tax deduction in your yearly tax filing.

From the time you activate your trip incentive voucher you have 7 days to pay for it. Sometimes you will have more fees at the hotel when you arrive.< but they should not have more than maybe the deposit for the stay. Double check before you go. Don't go to any meeting or presentation at your hotel, you should not have to, but most resorts may try to invite you to a timeshare presentation. You do not have to do that. You have 18 months after activation to complete your trip.
