Guest Policy & Guidelines for the Tahiti Village Event
(August 19, 11 AM – 5 PM)
1. Event Purpose: This is a private networking event designed to introduce prospects to Kyle’s Vacations Travel Club. Only invited guests may attend. The goal is to provide information and potentially identify future partners.
2. Facility Access: While you are welcome to walk the grounds and enjoy the ambiance, guest access does not include the use of pools or other guest-only amenities. We’ll focus on the suite for our gathering.
3. Group Size: This is an intimate, business-oriented meeting. We won’t have a large group. Each guest should be respectful of the calm and exclusive nature of the space.
4. Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to be courteous and respectful of the property. Please refrain from disruptive behavior or bringing uninvited individuals.
5. No Sales Pitches: This is not a platform for guests to promote or sell their own products or services. We’re focused on the travel club, so we kindly ask that outside business discussions are kept for another time.
6. Prospective Guests Only: Guests may not already be Travorium members. The event is designed for those genuinely curious about the travel club opportunity.
7. RSVP & Agreement: All guests must RSVP in advance. Upon confirming attendance, they’ll receive a short questionnaire. This ensures that attendees are aligned with the event’s purpose and understand the guidelines.
8. Suite Gathering: Our main activities will be in the suite—light refreshments (relish tray, fruit, hot dogs, hamburgers) will be provided. Please respect the space and keep it tidy.
9. Optional Pre-Event Meetings: If you’d like to meet earlier for a one-on-one chat, we can arrange a brief meeting before the main event. Let me know in advance, and we’ll coordinate.
10. Mutual Respect & Privacy: This is a professional, yet friendly environment. Let’s maintain mutual respect, and please refrain from sharing any personal or confidential details outside of this event.
